Clarion Call Raiding
Clarion Call Core Team members are part of a Core Team because of their dedication to the guild to show up and on time as well as perform to expectations. Those that do not fit the criteria of being a core team member are considers as back up raiders.Core Team Expectations:
- Shows up for all raids (or most all the raids) and on time
- Are always prepared with flasks and gold for repairs
- Knows how to play their class and upholds a high value of discipline in raiding
- Pitches in to help the guild and guild bank (Donations/Attend Gear and Farm Runs)
- Does their homework on boss fights
- Is on the team for progression (Doesn't QQ about gear or repair bills, we hate that crap)
- Core Raiding Spot
- 10g for any flasks (As aupplies are available)
- Free enchants (Enchants, Leg Enchants, Belt Buckles, etc) for any items dropped during a raid night (As supplies are available)
