Awesome run this week guys. Wednesday, we went in with a great group composition with everyone able to pull their own weight. The results were amazing. We started late (8.30p) but if you think about it, going in with a tank and healer new to ICC and not having to build a group to cover anyone's slack, a one shot through to a boss we never downed as a team before in 2 1/2 hours is an awesome job (Stopping for explanations and add to the fact that we would have downed Festergut in one shot if we didn't forget to call for hero). It was smooth going with no frustrations. If we keep this up we'll be able to clear 2 1/2 wings or more in one night in no time.

Thursday we called it because a bunch of peeps wasn't able to show but no big with Easter coming up. So let's see if we can keep this momentum going.

We've reach Milestone #4 so let's keep that up. More about milestones here.

That being with the experience on Wednesday, we WILL NOT be raiding anyone in ICC if they can't perform to the specification we put out. If you just can't perform to a 5k GS level (Using a GS rating to gauge where you should be geared before going in), if you can't listen to simple raid instructions or put out the effort to learn fights or just put out the effort to be 100% in the raids, then we have a better chance at grabbing a friend or pug out of guild that can. No more carry-throughs. It just isn't something worth it for us to destroy the fun of the team and holding us back. It's freaking ICC10, it isn't hard shit.

We got a few people that can help you improve and if you don't listen to them or improved even with help, there's nothing we can do. The weak dies, the strong survives.

BTW, a few of us get together on Thursdays right now to do instance runs or 10s.  So if you're up for it, we're keeping a shedule of Thursdays at 8pm to do stuff together regardless where the old CCer's are now. :)
