 OFFICER Member Since: November 2006    | Monday July 7, 2008 3:59 AM The council are the people who make the decisions for the guild and of their policies and guidelines as well as moving the direction of where the guild will be going. Lead by the GM the council works as a unified group to lead the guild in it's daily activities and it's future.The following people are your council members: Gallenheart - Guildmaster Tyrantor - Chief of Staff The person who oversees the structure of the officers as well as the operations of the guild. Does mainly admin staff reviews. See if we need to up more people into staff to help a certain aspect of the job... etc. Raid Operations (Crane - Raid Operations Officer) The department that manages gear checks, make sure people get geared for raids (10 or 25 mans), help them figure out where to get gear either by vendors, heroics, crafts... etc. Also does raid reviews and performance reviews for OMEGA. Goal is to help people raid better in this aspect. Guild Relations (Remyel - Relations Officer) The department of staff that people can go to who have ideas or need some problem sorted out in a social aspect of the guild. The staff in this department are people who would have the "feel" of the guilds attitude. Helps keep social aspect of the guild going. They take in and handle any grievances with anything about the guild from guildies. The relations officer would approach either the Chief of Staff or GM to talk privately and more intimately about the problem. A welcome wagon for new members. Finances (Gregorin - Chief Financial Officer) The department in charge of the keeping the guild stocked, rocked and ready to roll, making sure there's mats and consumables in the bank and to hand off the stuff requested by the ROO. Talks to guildies that has the profession to make what they need to make for the bank. Using the AH to sell of stuff for gold to put in the bank. The Tribunal The Tribunal is the staff that carries out descisions made by the council as well as sometimes having a specific duty or in part being a general staff member. Sage Garbrac TakaTaka Killerpage Sages are the general staff for The Clarion Call. The jobs fall into more than one specializations sometimes and helping in any of the departments when needed. They are also advisers to help guildies better their skills and game play in the classes when possible. They would also fit into the bill of the being guilds encyclopedia in various aspects of the game.
