- Members are expected to keep active on the forums, posting on comments, creating your own topics, even posting you agree to acknowledge you've read a post. Forum Activity is the best way to keep in touch and social with everyone within the guild. - No uncomfortable discussions/language in guild chat or mumble. This includes racist comments/jokes, use of word "rape" or "faggot" and "gay". Clarion Call is a guild of diverse people and every one of them has the right to be in an environment that does not make them feel uncomfortable.
Raiders
To secure a spot on any team, you must follow all guidelines set forth for Membership as well as the guidelines below.- You must be an active raider, even if it's just to be on stand by.
- Raiders must be available and at the meeting area at scheduled raid times, on time, for what they have signed up for. Invites goes out 15m before schedule raid times. All raiders should be in the instance and ready to go at the set time.
- Raiders are expected to have appropriate talent distribution for their given roles.
- Raiders are expected to be up-to-date on all guild strategies on our guild forums. Questions, suggestions or ideas are to be brought up on the forums prior to raids.
- Raiders are expected to clearly articulate any issues they see within or outside the guild via our forums.
- Raiders are encouraged to be actively involved in our recruitment system, both in-game and via our forums.
- Raiders must be comfortable and able to use mumble. Having the ability to talk in mumble is an asset even if not the talkative type.
- Raiders must have the required raiding mods installed. (See Required Raiding Mods below)
- Raiders are expected to help farm mats for raid consumables when needed.
- Raiders must STAY for the full run. You are required to stay from the beginning to the end of the scheduled time. Sometimes we may go later than the given end time but it will be optional if you wish to continue with the team.
- Raiders must ATTEND the days scheduled for the team you are on. Farming Days and Clean Up days are optional.
- If you cannot attend a progression night, are going to be late or can't stay for the whole raid then you must notify your Raid Leaders ahead of time. Please use the attendance section of the forums, post on Facebook, or let an officer know. Failing to notify us about absense or lateness will result as a "no show" and your spot will be given away.
- Raiders are expected to participate in farming runs to help stock the bank or donate to the guild bank consistantly.
- Raiders who fail to meet basic attendance or raid requirements will be DEMOTED
A strict attendance record for Raiders is important and can affect your spot on the team. All Raid Schedules are added to the in-game calendar every week or posted on the forums in the respected section. All Raiders are expected to check the line-up and MUST be sure to ACCEPT or DECLINE in order to let us know if you can make it that day. If not, we'll fill your spot and you will be considered as a "no show."
The line-up is based on confirmation from Raiders who have accepted via the calendar or post. We will do our best to rotate all Raiders as best as possible for each raid.
In-Raid Conduct
- Members must not AFK regularly, arrive late, leave early, or otherwise hinder smooth raiding without notification. Any AFK must be announced clearly in the appropriate channel.

- Chat and mumble channels are to be kept clear at all times during raids. Mumble is to be used strictly by players who have a clear and necessary statement.

- Members should be focused during the raid and listen to instructions. We KNOW when you haven't been listening!

We use the EPGP loot system for raiding and distributing loot. This is a much fairer system than DKP and simple RTU. It is created to reward those that put effort into raiding and still allow new raiders as well as the back up raiders to still have some chances at loot.Earning EP
Farming instance earns you 25ep/15minutes of attendance. No bonus awards are given. If you are on standby, you will earn 35% of the any attendance/boss kill EP that is being awarded (No bonus will be awarded for people on stand by). Once any EP award has been given, you must put yourself back on the stand by list.
