We are recruiting for our core team - (Tuesday - Thursdays: 7:30pm to 11:30pm).Core Team Mentality (Important)
If you are looking to join our core team and if your sponsor have not already told you our focus to progression raiding is about the team. We all work to better ourselves and each other and our main goal is to create and maintain a TIGHT team of people that ENJOYS playing the game with each other. That said, while we concentrate on that, the faster progression and loot WILL come.So we're not about who's ranked 1st in progression or are we a loot concentric raiding guild. We raid because we love to raid. We pass loot to others who needs it more sometimes because we want to better ourselves as a whole.
If you expect to come into this guild and have people run you through things and doing all the work for you and get easy loot OR if you're in the habbit of bidding on everything that drops regardless if someone needs it more OR if you are too lazy to run back from a wipe OR if you can't spend the time to prep for a raid (research strats, farm gold for repairs, make sure you have reagents) OR if you can't focus in a raid and blabber like a complete fucking moron about things has nothing to do with what's at hand THEN this is NOT the guild for you.
Will I get a raiding spot if I join?
That depends on what spots we have available to fill for the core team. Any other raids other than core team raids is really up in the air for who shows up. As a back up raider, there are sometimes spots available for progression raids.What are we like?
Our members ranges in ages 16 to 40 years of age. Some younger and some older so it's a pretty diverse group. We're really laid back and pretty much a fun bunch to hang around with. Gchat can be pretty quiet one minute then bustling with conserversations the next. Sometimes there are serious conversations going on but most of the time, it's pretty light hearted and joking around. Few members can be sarcastic but all around likable and mature.Our progression raids are more serious and we demand a serious and focused attitude for these nights that we're doing progression raiding.

We scrutinize any requests from applicants below this age, so the burden is on you to convince us you're a good fit for this guild.We will review every application on a case-by-case basis. As stated above, our social atmosphere and player personalities are a point of pride. We want good people who will stand by us as we would stand by them!
